How the site works
  • How to buy games, prepaid cards, subscriptions... with your mobile plan?
    In our store, you’ll find many products such as games, Steam, PSN, Xbox, Nintendo prepaid cards, PSN+, Xbox Gold, Spotify subscriptions... Each product can be exchanged for credits. To buy a product, you’ll need to get enough credits by clicking on add credits.
  • What payment methods are available on the site?
    You can pay by credit card, but also with your mobile phone plan (SMS+, Audiotel, Internet+ Mobile) or through your internet box bill (Internet+).
Mobile/Box payment: credits
  • What are credits?
    Credits are the virtual currency used on our site. They can be used in our store to buy the products we offer. To add some, just click on add credits and choose one of the available payment methods.
  • How to get credits with your mobile plan?
    When you're on the credit addition page, you can choose to pay using your mobile plan. To do this, simply select the SMS+ or Audiotel payment options.
  • If I pay by SMS or Audiotel, will the purchases appear as out-of-plan charges on my bill?
    Paying via your mobile bill is especially useful if you have a capped plan with unused credit at the end of the month. To avoid losing it, you can use this unused credit to make premium calls or send premium SMS, with the cost deducted from your capped plan. However, if you don't have a capped plan, the cost of these calls and SMS will appear as out-of-plan charges.
  • How to pay later using Internet+ (payment via internet box bill)?
    You can purchase credits using your internet bill via Internet+ payment. You’ll then receive a code by email to validate on our site. The Internet+ payment will be added to your internet bill at the end of your billing period.
  • I sent an SMS to receive credits but haven’t received anything yet, what should I do?
    Sometimes the provider’s service may be overloaded, in which case the code delivery is delayed. When that happens, simply contact the provider so they can resend you the code.
  • The code received by SMS/Audiotel is invalid when I enter it on the credits page.
    If the code sent by the provider is invalid even though you entered it correctly, just contact the provider’s customer service so they can replace the code.
Buying codes in the store
  • Where should I redeem the codes bought from the store?
    Each received code must be redeemed on the platform it is intended for. The platform is always specified on the product page. Activation instructions are included in your order confirmation email.
  • How does pre-order work?
    Pre-ordering lets you reserve a key and guarantees you'll receive the product on its release day or when it becomes available again.
  • I bought a code on the site but haven’t received it yet.
    Codes are sent instantly by email to the address you used to sign up and also appear on-screen right after your purchase. If you haven't received anything in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
    To check a previous order, click on My Purchases in the menu. All your past orders appear on this page.
  • My order is marked as "Pending"
    If there's any doubt about the legitimacy of an order, we manually verify it. We validate orders quickly from Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • I just received my code, but it’s invalid when I enter it
    If the code you received is invalid, contact us by email or phone with your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • When I try to buy a product, I get a message saying: Your purchase quota has been exceeded. What should I do?
    You are limited to 4 purchases every 24 hours. This limit ensures optimal availability of our services.

  • I have a YouTube/Twitch channel, a community site, or an Instagram account about video games. Can you sponsor me?
    We support many YouTubers, blogs, gaming community sites, streamers, Instagram accounts...
    If you believe we could collaborate, don’t hesitate to contact us via email through the contact page and introduce your project. We’ll review your request as soon as possible.
  • What are the requirements to request a partnership?
    For us to consider a partnership, your channel or site must be directly related to video games and have a certain audience. For YouTube partnerships, your channel must have at least 10,000 subscribers. For more information, feel free to contact us.
  • How can I earn credits through referrals?
    You can share your referral link and earn 2.5% of your referrals’ purchases. To get the link, go to the Referral page in the menu.
Other site features
  • A friend just signed up on the site, can I transfer credits to them?
    You can transfer credits from one account to another. To do so, go to the Transfer Credits menu. Your credits will be deducted and credited to the destination account after validation by an admin (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday).
  • What are achievements used for on the site?
    When you unlock an achievement, you gain XP. XP increases your status, which gives you discounts on selected products. There are many achievements, hidden or not... You can view the list by clicking your XP bar.
  • I reached Silver status, what are my new benefits?
    Congratulations! You've reached the first status level! You now get discounts on selected products. The new prices are now visible in the store. With each new status, you'll unlock more discounts.
  • I received a gift code on Twitter, where do I enter it?
    To enter a gift code, simply click on Add Credits at the top of the site, then click on the Gift Code tab.
  • I got a promo code from a YouTuber’s channel, how do I use it?
    To use a promo code, just enter it on the order confirmation page in the field provided for this purpose.
  • What is the wishlist for?
    The wishlist helps you easily organize your planned purchases so you can find them quickly. It also notifies you in case of price drops for items you added to the wishlist.
