Tour de France 2021 for PC, the iconic cycling game returns once again, giving you the choice of trying your hand at the legendary Tour de France or running a team as a manager, managing riders, training and sponsorship deals. As always, the game emphasises the realism of the courses and riders, even using official branded products to complete the illusion of reality.

About the game

As mentioned above, there are two ways to play. The first is as a cyclist, following the full route taken by the real cycling pros, this time starting in Brest, Brittany, and culminating on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, after having travelled the length and breadth of France.

The second is when you put on your manager's hat and play the Pro Cycling Manager section of the game, in which you recruit, train and manage cyclists for your team, with the aim of reaching the top of the standings.

The game features 700 stages over 260 races, including the 21 official stages of the Tour de France. As well as the iconic yellow jersey worn by the overall winner, there are many other stage jerseys to be won, including green for the best climber, polka dot for the 'king of the mountains' and white for the fastest.

There have been many updates since the last iteration of the game, including many more customisation options in the My Tour section. The My Tour section allows you to manage your team composition, rest days and team stages, and more. On top of that, there are up to 89 different stages to try out.

Realism is enhanced by a new recovery mechanism and authentic peloton behaviour. There is also a wide range of equipment from a wide range of official brands to make the kit and equipment look like the real thing.
