You have to take your riders' requests into account (participation in races, personal objectives, etc.) and decide whether or not to accede to their requests. YOU are the manager, ONLY YOU can take the decisions that will maintain the balance within the team and keep your riders motivated at crucial moments, all with a view to optimising your team's results.

You can also play as your own cyclist and manage your career to reach the top in Pro Cyclist mode. Think you've proved yourself in career mode? Connect to the online mode for up to 16 players to take on players from all over the world.
