Build the perfect railway network

Railway Empire 2 features larger, more detailed and more vivid maps than ever before. The United States and continental Europe are reproduced in two huge maps, and more detailed maps focus on specific regions of each continent. Improved track construction means you can focus on the decisions you need to make to stimulate the economy and help cities grow. Signals are placed automatically, bridges can hold up to 4 tracks and expandable stations can have up to 8 tracks.

A detailed game world

Choose from 6 characters to run your railway business, each with their own strengths and weaknesses. Play the 5 campaigns or one of the 14 scenarios if you like a challenge. Choose the difficulty in customisable Free Play mode or build the perfect rail network in Construction mode. Compete with your friends in co-op multiplayer. You can even climb aboard one of your trains and admire the scenery as the iron horse speeds along.
