Allocate your resources to maximise the efficiency of your complex, but keep traffic flowing in the event of a flood, fire, brawl or confirmed riot.
Take advantage of federal money obtained through grant applications and use it to combat epidemics, gang activity, legal disputes and many other problems!
Make sure your prison is *more or less* ethical and safe with quality staff, including armed guards, psychiatrists, doctors, lawyers and informants.
Your prisoners with unique criminal backgrounds require individual treatment programmes, specific working hours and rehabilitation workshops.
Try to escape from one of your maximum security prisons in Escape mode, or test out one of the 12,000 player-created prisons in Online mode. Expand your empire to infinity in Free mode.
