Gangs form and develop as their members are admitted or recruited. Each gang now has its own personality and characteristics, and will naturally recruit inmates with similar attributes.
As gangs grow and begin to deploy their strength, the 'risk temperature' of your prison increases. The 'Explosion Point' interface gives you a detailed overview of what's affecting the lives of your inmates, so you can act quickly to keep them happy and prevent uncontrollable riots.
Gang members can now leave their gangs. Help them get back on the straight and narrow by removing their tattoos and enrolling them in the Gang Rehabilitation Programme.
Use the Tattoo Removal Room to remove gang members' tattoos, or have them train in the Fight Club Room, which transforms their destructive energy into combat in a controlled environment.
Gangs can coerce guards into smuggling or taking bribes. You can screen guards during the hiring process (Administration) and recruit 'Confidential Informants' to identify guards who have switched sides.
