Send people with suspicious symptoms to quarantine for observation, to the laboratory for further testing, or save healthy survivors by sending them to the residential area. As for the infected... well, they don't stand a chance anyway.

MANAGE THE DISASTER
As the population of survivors grows, they'll be relying on you for basic necessities like electricity, food and medicine.
