In Career mode, you can launch your own architectural practice and carry out a wide range of contemporary home projects from start to finish, through a series of key stages:

GROS ŒUVRE - Model the walls, rooms, roofs, doors, windows, balconies, etc. according to the client's requirements, the layout of the plot, the allocated budget and your own creative ideas.
SECOND WORK - Choose the floor, wall and roof coverings to personalise your home as much as possible, then install the heating systems to ensure a comfortable temperature even in winter
EXTERIOR - Swimming pools, garages, conservatories... make your customers' eyes water before they even get to the front door!
FITTING - Highlight each room by cleverly placing key pieces of furniture to help your buyers imagine themselves in their future home.
DECORATION - An optional game for the most creative players who want to decorate their home down to the last detail, from the candle on the chest of drawers to the exact location and colour of the cushions on the sofa!
CONSTRUCTION - Choose subcontractors according to the remaining budget and supervise the building site, where you must be ready to react to random events - because it's a well-known fact that during construction, everything never goes exactly to plan!

Once construction is complete, explore your house in first-person view! Change the position of the sun to admire how the rooms look in different lights, and contemplate your creations in sublime country, city or mountain landscapes.
