This new episode of the Age of Empires IV single-player campaign takes place in the Middle East during the European Crusades. You'll take on the role of the Muslim resistance to the invasion and follow the stories of famous Muslim leaders, their struggles against the Crusaders and the battles they fought. Fight against the Holy Orders of the Templars, Hospitallers and Teutons, as well as their old adversaries, the Mongols.

We are delighted to announce that this is the first Age of Empires IV campaign to include naval gameplay. Combat takes place on both land and sea, with new heroes, abilities and mechanics at your disposal.

Immerse yourself in the action and celebrate the victorious strategies of illustrious Muslim rulers in each chapter: Tughtekin, Nur al-Din, Shirkuh, Saladin, Qutuz, Baybars, Shajar al-Durr and Barsbay.
