The Thaumaturge is an isometric RPG with an elaborate narrative where tactical combat, character development and the method of investigation are presented in a singular way. In a world imbued with mysterious forces and teeming with strange ethereal creatures called salutors, moral ambiguity will accompany your every choice.

The year is 1905. Warsaw is under the control of the Russian Empire. Its inhabitants form a heterogeneous group with diverse and often contradictory origins, opinions and beliefs: Russian soldiers, Jewish merchants, Polish townsfolk... Despite the circumstances, Warsaw is a bustling metropolis where you can go to a grand party with high society and, a little later, be robbed in the dark alleys of the Praga district. A city of great hopes and dark ambitions.

A miracle worker carries both a gift and a burden. The same applies to Wiktor Szulski, the eponymous protagonist, who has returned to the tumultuous streets of Warsaw for family reasons. This gift of thaumaturgy could also be considered a family affair, since it is shared by his ancestors. Thaumaturgy has determined Wiktor's life path, linked to the search for otherworldly beings and their hosts. As only thaumaturgists can tame these beings, known as salutors, and thus read the secrets hidden in the human soul and speak to the Darkness, no one knows better than Wiktor that everyone has their own demons.
