Your day began as planned. Motivated and full of ambition, you've embarked on a new adventure, in the middle of the desert, surrounded by like-minded people. Months of intensive training should finally pay off. Suddenly, a terrifying sandstorm descends upon you. You find yourself alone, captive in an inhospitable environment with unseasonably high temperatures. An unforgiving desert, an ocean of sand stretches as far as the eye can see.

The unbearable heat burns your skin. The abrasive sand is blown by a swirling wind, blinding you... All around you: the desert... but something is moving in the distance. What is it?

Starsand is a survival game that plunges you into the heart of an open world. The desert landscapes are identical to those on Earth, but the atmosphere is different. Dangers, mysteries and enigmas await you in this adventure where you must shed light on a civilisation that has fallen into oblivion. Can you survive, get answers and return to your former life?

Find shadow, water and life. Use your energy wisely, avoid strenuous exertion in the blazing sun, and stay warm in the freezing nights. You need to keep your wits about you to survive.

Hunt for food, make weapons, then build a shelter and reinforce it: the dunes are teeming with creatures.

In this desert, you are both hunter and prey. Insect-like predators emerge from their dark nests in constant search of food. Repel them with fire, blast enemies with coconut grenades, reinforce your base and do whatever it takes to survive.

Make your way through a gigantic desert, navigate blinding sandstorms and mark out the areas you explore. Thirst and heat are an invincible danger during the day. When night falls, the cold becomes your enemy. Learn to live in hostile conditions, experience the beauty of the world, and evolve in contact with animals and nature!
