Unleash the Void

The portal of the void has opened! The corrupted power within has engulfed Petrichor V and plunged the planet into darkness. For millennia, the creatures of the void have asserted their dominance by bringing artefacts taken from our realm back to their own. Now they're looking to add you to their collection.

Join the adventure! All it takes is for one player to own Survivors of the Void and the monsters, levels and items will appear in-game for the whole party. Players without Survivors of the Void will not be able to select the two new survivors or permanently unlock new items, logs and other content.

Survivor 1: Draw the Sniper

Use your advantage on higher ground. Take devastating shots from across the map with its first-person view. Reload at the right moment, target weak spots and transform the battlefield. The Sniper is the ultimate weapon against bosses. Instead of slaughtering hordes of enemies in hand-to-hand combat, it eliminates its target in a single shot.
Master the positioning and movement of the Sniper to reveal its true potential. Throw a Concussion Device at the ground to reach an overhanging position or extricate yourself from a tricky situation. The Sniper is instantly unlocked if you have Survivors of the Void.

Survivor 2: exploit corruption with the Void Demon

The first has fallen. Use corruption to your advantage and harness the power of the void. The former commando is in a constant battle for control of his new powers, which seek to consume him. The Void Demon is the second new survivor in Survivors of the Void. As the corruption takes hold of you, your skills transform into more powerful attacks for a short period of time.
Drown your enemies in waves of rays and missiles and master new movement options. Watch your corruption, exploit the void, unleash the Void Demon. Unlock the Void Demon by defeating a new threat in Survivors of the Void.

Use powerful Void objects

Corrupt familiar objects and gain access to new powers! When you receive one of the 14 Void Objects, all normal versions of that object are permanently altered. Corruption is synonymous with power, but also with change. You'll find that many items will do the opposite of what they did before. The Void Ukulele and its electrifying music will target single enemies instead of groups. Some items will have a completely different effect!

Unlock 5 pieces of equipment, 4 lunar items and 18 standard items in Survivors of the Void.

Discover abominable monsters... and Gup

Other creatures from Providence are on the loose, and they don't take kindly to this threat to their world. The gelatinous Gup is back and has brought friends from the far-flung lands of Petrichor V. Beware this adorable orange abomination, get too close and you could end up at the bottom of a ravine.

The most powerful creatures come from the void. The fact that you can reach their world is a threat to them. This intrusion will not go unpunished. Constructs of colossal power and corrupted minds have been sent to capture you. Discover the source of their strength and, if you can, take them on.

New levels discovered

Uncharted territories of Petrichor V have been discovered! Cross new levels, discover their secrets and infiltrate the void. Explore the sublime waterfalls of the Aphelion Sanctuary, inhale the pungent smell of the Sulphur Pools and enjoy an impromptu ice skating session in the Siphon Forest.
