Los Sueños - STATE OF EMERGENCY: As the town of Los Sueños faces up to Hurricane Antonio, Commissioner Galo Alvarez issues an emergency message. According to reports, most of the county has suffered very heavy material and environmental damage caused by the terrible class 5 hurricane. Patrol units are standing guard at numerous crossing points. Where space is available, medical, rescue and fire triage centres have been set up around the major hospitals. Temporary accommodation centres for the homeless have been set up in the affected regions and the Sierras del Sueños. Reports of burglaries are increasing, prompting the intervention of SWAT teams.

Confirmation of looting and civil unrest in the following regions:

GREENSIDE- Catastrophic damage. Majority of homeless seeking accommodation due to dangerous street conditions. Barricade your doors and windows. Use caution when interacting with strangers on your property.

213 Park- Considerable damage. Increase in gang activity: evidence suggests a high level of violence. Avoid all signs of gang affiliation and be wary of groups on the streets. Stay indoors, away from windows and fragile surfaces.

REDWOOD- Limited damage. Organised movements of potential looters identified in the area. Lock your doors and fences and keep your valuables in a safe place. Keep your electricity generators in safe, well-ventilated areas. Implement anti-burglary measures. Ask your private security staff to be extra vigilant. Film any suspicious activity and pass on the evidence to the police.
