DRIVE

You can't take the "truck" out of "food truck". Before you can set up your stalls, you have to drive from your garage to the place where you've decided to sell for the day. Watch out for traffic and congestion! If you feel you're running out of time, do what your father did and get off the beaten track. First come, first served!

COOK

You may have thought that this job was all about fast food, but now that you're on the other side of the counter, it's time to think again. Even a simple slice of cheese can turn a classic burger into a special cheeseburger. So what will it be, sir? Ketchup or mustard?

SERVE

Customers can often be impatient and demanding. You'll find that you don't have much time to give them what they want while respecting their palates. It will be a challenge, but it's one that your father took up, and you surely can too. Practice makes perfect, so go out there and wow them with your quality dishes!

IMPROVE
