Based on the historical context of the 17th and 18th centuries, this strategy game features gigantic battles in which up to 32,000 soldiers can fight simultaneously.
This remake of the original game, originally released in 2000, combines all the elements that have made the Cossacks games so successful with modern 3D graphics. Cossacks 3 gives players a multitude of tactical choices, not only through the construction of buildings and the production of raw materials, but also through the vast choice of units and the influence of the terrain and its topography.
20 nations, 120 different unit types, 100 technological development options and more than 220 different historical buildings are available to the player. In addition to land battles, players will be able to build an armada and take on their enemies on the seas. Cossacks 3 features five historic single-player campaigns , while the multiplayer mode can accommodate up to eight players on a single map. Players can forge alliances with or against other players, or challenge the computer. The randomly generated maps offer countless possibilities while being adaptable to the player's preferences.
