Assetto Corsa features an advanced DirectX 11 graphics engine that recreates an immersive environment, dynamic lighting and realistic materials and surfaces. The advanced physics engine is designed to deliver a highly realistic driving experience, with vehicle characteristics and renderings never seen in any other racing simulator, such as: tyre flats, thermal cycling (including greasing and blistering), highly advanced aerodynamic simulation with active moving parts controlled in real time by telemetry input channels, hybrid systems with kinetic energy recovery system simulation, etc. The game pays great attention to detail, with single-player and multiplayer options, as well as exclusive licensed cars reproduced as faithfully as possible, thanks to an official partnership with car manufacturers.
ASSETTO CORSA was developed in the KUNOS Simulazioni R&D office, located inside the Vallelunga International Circuit, allowing the team to develop the game with the cooperation of real drivers and racing teams.

LEGENDARY CIRCUITS

The circuits have been developed using laser scan technology to ensure the highest possible level of accuracy in reproducing real racing environments.
Monza, Silverstone, Imola, Mugello, Spa, Brands Hatch and many other circuits have been recreated, including the historic reproduction of Monza, which brings back to life the legendary Sopraelevata, the high-speed oval circuit where races were held until 1961.

GAMEPLAYAND FEATURES

Take part in drag races, skid challenges and much more! Four driving assistance profiles (gamer, driver, pro, plus a fully customisable profile) allow players to enjoy the simulation at the level that suits them.
The game also features advanced configuration and telemetry options for analysing race data; a dynamic simulation of the tyre rubber deposited on the track, depending on the car's laps; a mode that can be set according to the time of day, with the sun's position calculated in real time according to the track's geographical coordinates and the sun's curve according to the time and date, to obtain the same lighting conditions as on real tracks!
