Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair is a brand new platform adventure game from the talents behind "Donkey Kong Country". Their sworn enemies at Capital B are up to something, so the duo must once again spring into action to save the day. In order to thwart their nefarious plan to use a "hive mind" device to enslave an entire kingdom of bees, our heroes must defeat Capital B's "impossible" lair. It's going to be tough, but with the help of Queen Phoebee and her royal battalion, Yooka and Laylee have every chance!

A platform game in 2.5D ! Each level features magnificent, rich, deep and detailed scenery. Yooka, Laylee and a host of colourful characters (good and bad) are designed in breathtaking 2.5D.

The Overworld in 3D! The Overworld isn't just a hub for moving from one level to the next - it's a unique gaming experience! Explore and unlock more 2D levels by completing objectives and puzzles, save the Royal Battalion and unearth treasures.

Alternative levels! Think you've completed a level? Try its alternative version! Activate switches in the Overworld to create new landscapes. Switch on the electricity, submerge, freeze or literally turn levels upside down to take on all-new challenges!

Fight the impossible lair! Players can choose to take on Capital B's impossible lair at any time. However, the challenge could be too much without the help of the Royal Battalion. Complete levels to free them and add them to your defences in order to foil Capital B's odious traps!
