Scorn is an atmospheric, first-person horror adventure set in a nightmarish world teeming with strange shapes and dark tableaux.
It exploits the idea of being "thrown into another universe". Isolated and lost in this dreamlike world, you explore various interconnected regions in a non-linear fashion. The eerie environment is a character in its own right.
Each place has its own theme (story), puzzles and characters that help to create a coherent world. As you progress through the game, you'll gain access to new areas and obtain different abilities, weapons and other items, all the while trying to understand the panoramas before you.
