In response to an unusual emergency call from a remote mine, Jack arrives at the dark and deserted Fort Solis. Pressed by warnings of an impending storm, he enters and tries to make contact without much hope. As night falls, the situation spirals out of control. The mystery of the crew's disappearance gradually becomes clearer. The approaching storm prevents Jack from escaping. He does everything he can to hold out until sunrise.

The story unfolds over four chapters. Like a Netflix series, Fort Solis can be played in one go during an intense session, or can be divided chapter by chapter like an episodic TV programme.

The skeleton of Fort Solis is built above and below ground. The base is made up of different sites, each with areas above and below ground. You can explore the surface of the base, the eerie unlit service tunnels and the many departments that keep Fort Solis running smoothly, including engineering, medicine and communications.
As the story progresses, you'll be able to return to the various sites on the base for more context and clues to the fate that awaits Jack.
